Darteno Industries started with a press shop.
Made injection mould and production tools
- Worked with Space Application Centre and made parts for Indian satellites.
- Made microwave interferometer for Tokomac reactor installed at Institute of Plasma Research, Gandhinagar
Started manufacturing coolant pumps and electric motors.
Began manufacturing textile machine parts, Transmission shaft and Precise Bobbin for Twisting Machines etc.
Developed High Speed Twisting Machines.
Working for Amul Dairy. Development of precision packaging machine parts which were import substitute.
Darteno started pigment testing equipment manufacturing; Introduced Automatic Pigment Muller and Vibroshaker.
Launched Auto Film Applicator, Two Roll Mill, Hydraulic Press, Triple Roll Mill and Mars Mill.
Developed & launched Horizontal bead mills both laboratory model and production model.
- Participated in Plast India Exhibition.
- The first model of Filter test machine was introduced.
- Participated in Turkey Plast Eurasia Exhibition.
- Launched Kneader machine and Single Screw Extruder.
- Subsequently Blown Film Machine - Lab Model and Gelimix Compounder were developed.
- Participated in Plast India Exhibition
Darteno started working on Twin Screw Extruder. The first successful model was installed in 2019. It had 30 mm diameter screw and do/di 72.
- Darteno is now ISO 9001 : 2015 Certified.
- Indian Defense Supplies; Got approval and become a Registered Vendor for Gun Carriage Factory Jabalpur, Ordinance Factory Kanpur and Advance Weapon & Equipment India Ltd.
- Signed an MOU with Hyderabad Institute of Technology & Management with an intention to foster Industry – Academia linkage by sharing knowledge & resources.
Twin Screw Extruder with 45mm diameter is Launched.
